So I counted what the 451 postings on our board ask for, listed between October 2025 and November 2026

## AI shows up more as roles get more senior

- [Cursor](https://cursor.com): 44 postings
- [MCP](https://modelcontextprotocol.io): 35 postings
- Agentic workflows or systems: 32 postings
- [Figma Make](https://www.figma.com/make/): 15 postings

## What Lead roles add on top

Lead postings ask for AI as often as Senior postings  
They add two things:

- Governance: 38 % at Lead and 20 % at Senior
- Adoption or metrics: 49 % at Lead and 29 % at Senior

## What I would do with this

1. Pick one tool from the list and use it on your real design system work this week
2. Put one AI workflow you ran in your CV and name the tool and the result
3. Going for Lead? Add one governance decision and one adoption number next to it
