Learn from an all-star panel from The Washington Post, UPS, Color and Omlet - Free entry.

Hey Design System Friend,

Let’s face it: getting execs to understand the value of your Design System can feel like an endless battle. 🥊

You’re constantly defending its worth, chasing resources, and sometimes even dealing with layoffs. 😔

But here’s the good news: you can change the game by framing your Design System in terms that matter to your stakeholders. 💪🏻

Join us for our upcoming live panel, "How to Connect Your Design System to Business Value", featuring design system leaders who’ve made it through this challenge:

  • Marcela Rodriguez Joos, Design System Leader @ UPS

  • Brian Alfaro, Design Lead @ The Washington Post

  • Elyse Holladay, Staff Design Engineer @ Color

  • Adam Lagerhausen, Sr. Product Marketing Manager Omlet

  • Sil Bormüller, Founder Into Design Systems

👋🏻 Join us on October 7th for a panel discussion you're not gonna want to miss.

As a freelance Design System Lead and Consultant, I’ve supported companies like adidas, Philips, and Ableton with their Design Systems. I understand the challenges that come with being a team of one or part of a small Design Systems team, I have been there.

That’s why I founded Into Design Systems, to connect with like-minded professionals and learn from experts together. Today, professionals from all over the world come together to learn about Design Systems which makes me so happy!

My goal is to create inclusive, introvert-friendly events where you feel welcome and safe to learn. As a neurodivergent and introverted person myself, I know the struggles that come with conferences and educational settings. That’s why I’ve designed this conference so that everyone can participate in a way that works for them.

I learn best through examples, demos, and hands-on instructions rather than long presentations full of slides. You’ll find many of these practical elements in our conference.
