A home base for my design system: see the drift, check the AI, fix it in one place

My design system, BELLA, runs tests all the time: coverage, contracts, contrast, a gate that fails the build on drift. But the results lived in terminals and markdown files, and I was jumping between Figma, Storybook, docs and code to act on any of it. So I’m building CHIP, one interactive place that turns that data into something I can see and act on. I’ll show how I measure coverage, the gate and drift, how I visualise them, and how I check what I’ve built with AI against my own system on my live website. Then I’ll fix what’s drifted without leaving it.
