Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all products and services offered on intodesignsystems.com including conferences, events, workshops, digital recordings, online sessions and any related services provided by Into Design Systems.

By purchasing a ticket or accessing any of our services you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Code of Conduct.

1. Provider Information

2. Ticketing and Payments

  • All prices are listed and charged in United States Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise.
  • VAT may be added depending on your billing country. For customers in Germany a VAT of 19 percent is added and shown separately on the invoice.
  • Payment is processed through our trusted payment partners. Your ticket is confirmed once your payment is completed and an invoice is sent to you via email.

2.1 Refunds and Transfers

  • Tickets are non refundable once purchased.
  • You may transfer your ticket to another person at any time before the event. Please email us with the new attendee details.
  • No partial refunds or credits are offered for missed sessions or partial attendance.

2.2 Digital Products

  • All digital products such as recordings, replays or downloadable materials are final sale.
  • Access is personal. Sharing or reselling access is not permitted.

3. Changes to the Event

Into Design Systems may make reasonable changes to the event schedule, program, speakers or platforms if needed.

If the event must be postponed due to circumstances outside our control, your registration will automatically transfer to the new date. You will not incur additional fees.

4. Cancellations by Into Design Systems

If we must cancel the entire conference, workshop or any paid session due to circumstances outside our control:

  • You will receive a full refund of the ticket price you paid.
  • Refunds are issued in USD using the same payment method you used.
  • International refunds are made based on the current exchange rate at the time of refund.
  • Into Design Systems is not responsible for any additional expenses such as travel, accommodation or other related costs.

5. Code of Conduct

All attendees must follow our Code of Conduct. We aim to create a safe, inclusive and respectful environment for everyone. We reserve the right to remove any attendee who violates these rules.

6. Intellectual Property

All content shared during our events, including presentations, videos, slides, recordings, workshops, demos and written materials, is protected by copyright.

You may not copy, distribute, publish or reuse the content without written permission from the content owner or Into Design Systems.

7. Liability

We work hard to provide a high quality experience. However Into Design Systems is not liable for:

  • technical issues caused by third party platforms
  • internet interruptions or other problems outside our control
  • any decisions you make based on event content

Nothing in these Terms removes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8. Data Protection

We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. By purchasing a ticket or participating in our events you consent to the use of your data for event administration, communication and access management.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts in Munich, Germany unless consumer protection rules require a different venue.
