I'm a Design Systems Lead, educator, and co-host of Into Design Systems. I've been working in design for over 14 years, and since 2018 I've focused on helping teams build and adopt design systems that are clear, scalable, and genuinely useful.
These days, I split my time between leading systems work at Miro, helping organise IDS behind the scenes, and, more recently, studying Psychology as well.
My passion lies in the community-building, education, and business side of design systems: how we bring people in, keep things practical, and build a shared sense of ownership.
When I'm not thinking about systems (which is a rare occasion), I'm usually overthinking which roll of film to shoot or trying to stay upright at five-a-side ⚽
