Before joining eBay, she worked on design systems at Microsoft, where she helped evolve guidance for accessible design.

Cordelia McGee-Tubb is a design technologist and digital accessibility specialist with a penchant for design systems. She is a Staff Design Technologist at eBay, and previously worked at the intersection of design, code, and accessibility at Color Health, Dropbox, and Salesforce. Passionate about digital equity and inclusion, she volunteers as a technology tutor for older adults and serves on the board of Community Tech Network.

Ryan Tinsley is a multidisciplinary Staff Designer at eBay with over 12 years of experience and enjoys working at the intersection of brand and product design. With a curious passion for design systems and craft, he works with eBay's OneExperience team on the evolution of the product experience. Prior to working in-house at eBay, Ryan honed his craft at design agencies across Chicago and San Francisco.
