I specialize in Founding UX and guiding organisations through their journey to higher UX maturity. I use Design Systems as a tactical tool to establish the necessary structure for strategic growth and desired business goals.
Currently I apply this at Stulz Digital Solutions, where I ensure a consistent user experience for all of our HMIs, web platforms and embedded interfaces.
At Into Design Systems, I am the visual engine. Taking care for the visual output, from static assets to animation. Beyond design, I support behind the scenes and co-host the Berlin Chapter.
My passion lies in a holistic approach. Finding the sweet spot between 'safe enough to try' experiments and long term strategic goals. I am rooted in community building and a strong believer in 'each one, teach one' mentality, ensuring that we all grow together.
In my free time, I'm usually tinkering with side projects, training martial arts, or nerd around at my painting desk to throw some dice later.
