Vibe coding with zero drift - from Figma to Storybook to Production

Most teams don't lose alignment because people are careless. They lose it because the system allows it.

This talk is about what happens when design decisions stop being documentation and start behaving like rules. We'll walk through a real pipeline that begins in Figma, passes through AI-assisted coding tools, and ends in Storybook—without the usual gaps, reinterpretations, or quiet compromises along the way.

Rather than asking designers and developers to "stay in sync," the approach removes the need for constant coordination by making drift structurally hard to introduce. The demo focuses on a small set of tools used deliberately, showing how fewer moving parts can lead to more trust in what ships.

With a background in Apple's developer ecosystem and more than 8 years of UI/UX design experience, I focus on building design systems that reduce negotiation, shorten feedback loops, and move ideas to production with minimal loss along the way.
